At KALEIDOX LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with our digital products and premium mobile features. This Refund Policy describes the standard rules governing cancellations and refund requests.

1. Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased a premium subscription or in-app upgrade directly inside any of our iOS applications, all transactions and refunds are managed entirely by Apple Inc. We do not have the technical capability or authority to issue refunds on behalf of Apple.

To request a refund from Apple, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Apple’s official portal: reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in using the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
  3. Select "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  4. Select the reason for the refund and choose the specific KALEIDOX LTD application subscription, then click Submit.

For purchases made directly through our official website via Stripe checkout channels:

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing cycles but does not automatically trigger a refund for time already elapsed. You will retain access to all premium features until the end of your active billing period.
